ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Examples of specialize experience might include: A) Conducted surveys for Proposed, Threatened, Endangered and Sensitive (PTES) plant species and communities. B) Handled field assignments independently using specialized techniques. C) Layout, scheduled, organized and executed the details of an agency's policy and/or programs regarding plants.
Positions may be filled as career ladders (GS06/07) or could be filled at the full performance level at the GS-06 or GS-07 dependent upon the individual unit's needs.
These are permanent positions with varying tours of duty and may include weekend work. Some positions may have irregular and protracted hours of work. Tours of duty include full-time or less than full-time (guaranteed minimum 13 pay period's full-time employment).
