Positions are located in the Department of Health and Human 
Services, at FDA Headquarters in the Washington Metropolitan Area. 
Positions may be filled in the following program areas: Office of 
the Commissioner, Office of Regulatory Affairs, Center for Biologics 
Evaluation and Research, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, 
Center for Veterinary Medicine, Center for Devices and Radiological 
Health, and Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition.

Bargaining Unit Position: May vary by center and 
grade level (Positions that are not supervisory may be in the 
bargaining unit).
Recruitment Bonus: Some positions are eligible for incentives

Probation: A one-year probationary period may be required 
upon selection/ placement.
