The SEC's Summer Honors Program gives law and JD/MBA students the opportunity to become acquainted with the regulation of the securities markets and the activities of the Commission. Students from law schools across the country work at the Commission's Washington, DC, Headquarters and in a number of our Regional Offices nationwide.

Listed below are the Divisions and Offices that typically hire 2L Summer Honors Law Program interns. This list is subject to change.  Each Division/Office has its own hiring committee that reviews candidates.  If you do not indicate a Division or Office on your application, you will not be considered by its hiring committee.  We recognize that students may have an interest in multiple Divisions/Offices.
