The Advanced Commitment Program is a highly selective program that allows lawyers to begin work as law clerks after graduation and before they pass the bar. The program is designed for third-year law students, LLM and JD/MBA graduates and judicial law clerks. Law clerks are hired to work in one Division/Office. Their title is switched to Attorney-Advisor upon being admitted to a state bar association.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
US Citizen or Citizen of an Allied Nation of the U.S.
Graduating from or have graduated from an accredited law school
Have at least a 3.0 grade-point average, B average or equivalent
