JOB SUMMARY:
The Natural Resources Conservation Service provides leadership in a partnership effort to help people conserve, maintain, and improve our natural resources and environment. http://www.nrcs.usda.gov

2) Transcript(s) (official or copy)

3) Standard Form 50 (Notice of Personnel Action)

4) Performance Appraisal Form  AD435 (NO MORE THAN 15 MONTHS OLD) showing fully successful rating

5)  RESPONSES TO THE RESPECTIVE KSA'S (not more than 2 pages per KSA)

__ DD-214/SF-15 if you are a disabled Veteran or claiming entitlement under VEOA or VRA hiring authorities.

Non-competitive candidates (Lateral Transfers, Reassignments, Change to Lower Grade, etc.) will be referred for consideration.  Non-competitive (non-comp) candidates are not required to submit responses to the KSAs but it is highly recommended.  All non-comp. applicants who meet minimum qualifications will be referred to the selecting official for consideration.  Non-comp candidates must submit college transcripts (unofficial &/or copies are acceptable), a copy of their SF 50, Performance Appraisal (must be dated within the last 15 mo. & show elements used for rating, rating for each element, final rating score & a manual signature or electronic signature) & resume or form OF-612.  Failure to submit any of these documents will result in removal from consideration.
