You will work collaboratively within a team of professionals dedicated to efficient, cost effective, safe, quality patient care services.  Provide the full range of primary care services, including inpatient and/or outpatient services, to patients ranging from age 0 to 18.  May be involved in the professional development and training of residents.        .


Qualifications and Evaluations

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:



  1. Degree: MD or DO from an accredited school in the United States or Canada.  Is your degree from a foreign medical school?  If yes, then you must have a permanent certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) or fifth pathway certificate.  Please make sure your resume reflects your ECFMG certificate number or fifth pathway certificate, including date awarded.  Also, please be prepared to provide your official college transcript and/or certificate upon request at a later date.; AND

  2. Graduate/Residency Training: Subsequent to your MD or DO, your resume must show 4-5 years of residency training in Pediatrics or equivalent experience and training (e.g., completion of 3 year Pediatrics residency and 1-2 years experience as a Pediatrician).  Please make sure your resume reflects the location, duration, and specialty of your internship, residency, fellowship, etc.; AND

  3. Licensure:  You must have a permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.  Please make sure your resume indicates which state(s) awarded your license and be prepared to provide a photocopy at a later date.

  • You will be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
